If we quote part of your response to an open-ended question, we will mask all identifying information in the quote to thoroughly protect your anonymity.
Throughout the survey, when we use the term "foundation" we refer to all structured entities used for philanthropic giving, which may include private ancillary funds, charitable trusts or other private foundations. When we use the term "cause" we refer to any social issue, sector of society, idea or goal that you give toward.
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. It is divided into three brief sections: about you, your current giving practices and your current opinions.
